  • ADMINISTRATOR - Opportunities available due to our expansion!

    Job description: Senior leader for the hospice. Responsible for profit and loss, marketing / sales, customer relations / satisfaction, employee supervision, employee training / discipline, coordination of services. This is a "working manager" position.

    REGISTERED NURSE (RN)

    Job description: As a member of the hospice care team, coordinates resources and performs a wide range of skilled nursing activities for an assigned caseload of adult patients. Responsible for ongoing assessment of patient/families needs; symptom management; and, teaching of appropriate care related to disease process.

    LICENSED PRACTICING NURSE (LPN)

    Job description: Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN), provides direct patient care in the home during crisis or transition period.

    CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA)

    Job description: Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN), performs basic patient care activities and/or homemaking services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of hospice patients requiring continuous care. Observes clients and reports changes in physical, spiritual, social and emotional status to the primary nurse, and documents appropriately.
