AVAILABLE POSITIONS
REGISTERED NURSE (RN)
Job description: As a member of the hospice care team, coordinates resources and performs a wide range of skilled nursing activities for an assigned caseload of adult patients. Responsible for ongoing assessment of patient/families needs; symptom management; and, teaching of appropriate care related to disease process.
LICENSED PRACTICING NURSE (LPN)
Job description: Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN), provides direct patient care in the home during crisis or transition period.
CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA)
Job description: Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN), performs basic patient care activities and/or homemaking services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of hospice patients requiring continuous care. Observes clients and reports changes in physical, spiritual, social and emotional status to the primary nurse, and documents appropriately.
OTHER POSITIONS (LIMITED AVAILABILITY)
Social Worker, Volunteer Coordinator, Hospice Representative (sales), Chaplain, Administrator, Office Manager
FULL-TIME/PRN POSITIONS
Full-Time:
Assigned regular work schedule, at least 40 hours per week. These positions are eligible for all employee benefits.
PRN:
Flexible work schedule. PRN opportunities provide an excellent opportunity for you to receive free training in hospice and also allows you to find out whether you would enjoy working in hospice.
